Privacy Policy
MotionVault collects the minimum information needed to operate accounts, deliver purchases, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Effective July 30, 2026
Information we process
We process your verified email, Firebase user ID, optional Google profile name and image, plan and entitlement state, Stripe customer and transaction identifiers, support correspondence, security events, and consent-aware product analytics. Stripe processes payment details; MotionVault does not store full card numbers.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate customers, deliver paid access, calculate upgrade eligibility, process refunds, secure the service, measure aggregate product performance, meet legal obligations, and respond to support requests.
Providers and transfers
Core providers include Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, authentication, storage, and databases; Stripe for billing and tax; and consent-aware Google Analytics for aggregate usage. Buffer and Higgsfield process marketing content, not customer prompt bodies, emails, or payment data.
Retention and security
Account and transaction records are retained while needed for access, tax, fraud, disputes, and legal compliance. Operational backups are retained for 30 days. We use encrypted transport, least-privilege service accounts, private prompt storage, secure session cookies, signed webhooks, and access logging.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a privacy explanation by emailing [email protected]. We may retain records required for tax, fraud, or dispute obligations. Analytics is disabled until the applicable consent choice is made.
Children
MotionVault is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
