Service and eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate account and billing information. MotionVault provides implementation prompts and educational reference material; it does not guarantee a particular result from a third-party AI model, framework, or service.

Plans and access

Yearly access costs $99 USD and renews annually until canceled. Lifetime access costs $199 USD once and means access for the lifetime of the MotionVault product. Prices may exclude taxes. Access changes are determined from verified payment events.

Eligible customers in their first paid annual term may apply the net annual amount paid toward Lifetime, capped at a $99 credit. A successful upgrade ends annual renewal and grants Lifetime access.

License and restrictions

You may use MotionVault prompts to create personal or commercial websites for yourself or clients. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, mirror, or provide shared access to prompt bodies or use the service to create a competing prompt catalog.

Reference names and links are factual attribution. They do not grant rights to reference brands, code, copy, media, or assets. You remain responsible for originality, licenses, claims, and laws applicable to the work you create.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, probe private endpoints, automate excessive downloads, interfere with service operation, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend abusive access and may change or discontinue features while honoring mandatory consumer rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MotionVault is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid MotionVault in the preceding twelve months, except where a limitation is prohibited.
